Rwanda wildlife Clubs ( RWC) is a national registered non profit making organization ( N.G.O, a.s.b.l), allowed to operate in the country by the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Social Affairs- MINALOC, since February 2003 under Law No 20/2000 of 26th/7/2000, Certificate No 173.
RWC is based in Butare Municipality, Butare Province its Head Office Location is at University Avenue, Uwaliraye House, Ground Floor.

Liaison Office of RWC's in KIGALI is Located on BRALIRWA
Road, KICUKIRO at ICRAF HOUSE.
RWC is a young environmental organization, which started as a university student’s movement late 1999 as a Club of wildlife at the National University of Rwanda based in Butare. It managed to get much support from the government of Rwanda and International organizations.
RWC is well recognized by the National Office for Tourism and National Parks-ORTPN, Ministry of Lands, Environment, Forestry, Water and Natural Resources and closely work with the Forest division and other local authorities, RWC is also recognized and work within the National University of Rwanda-UNR.
