ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE OF RWC.
RWC is made up of several administrative organs, which are the General Assembly, the National Executive Committee, the Board of Trustees, the High Council, the Inspectorate Council , Regional Secretariats and lastly CLUBS.
THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
This is the supreme organs of the Organisation. It’s composed of founder members and all representatives of other members from the regional secretariats, it keeps expanding as the Organisation expands to all areas of the country.
Among other duties according to the law No. 20/2000 of 26th/7/2000, it elects and dismisses the Legal representatives.
THE NATIONAL EECUTIVE COMMITTEE.
This is the administrative organ of the Organisation, which executes the day to day activities of the Organisation. It’s composed of the Legal representatives , General secretary, Finance and Planning chief, Programs Coordinator, Massmobiliser and the Projects Officer who acts as well as the Accountant.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
This is the advisory organ of the Organisation. It’s composed of the founder members and selected national public figures. Among other duties its responsible for finding donors and for creating a good public image of the organization.
THE HIGH COUNCIL.
This is the Legal harmonizing organ of the Organisation, its also the disciplinary committee and the electoral commission.
Its membership is made of lawyers and other experts in the law field and as well as administrators.
THE INSPECTORATE COUNCIL.
This is the commission responsible for carrying out inspections and investigations in all departments and activities of the Organisation. It’s also supposed to assist in the policy implementation.
REGIONAL SECRETARIATS.
This is the Regional branch of the Organisation responsible for the advocation and putting into action environmental and wildlife conservation programs in a region, which may be a province or a district. The secretariat leadership is composed of only professionals and its posts are: Program Manager, Under-Secretary General, Finance and Planning Secretary, Publicity Secretary, Environment Officer and Projects Officer.
CLUBS.
The Clubs are decentralized in two categories:
1. Regional secretariats, at the province or districts levels.
2. At grassroots’ level, in schools and high institutions of learning.
CLUBS are coordinated by the regional secretariat and their leadership is composed of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Publicity Secretary and Projects/ Planning Secretary.
The school clubs have a patron from their teaching staff.
RWC’S FINANCES:
In order to obtain, its main objectives and strategies the Organisation has the following sources of finance.
a) Contributions from Members
b) Membership subscription fee.
c) Donations and legacies
d) Loans from any financing institution or Organisation.
e) Fines from members.
f) Fundraisings.
RWC’S PROFFESIONAL CAPACITY.
The National Executive Committee has a personnel department, which is composed of both permanent and non-permanent staff; it has a multidisciplinary expertise in:

RWC also shares human resource with the World Agroforestry Center-ICRAF in Rwanda, which also shares human resource with the National Agricultural Institute –ISAR.
RWC also has a multidisciplinary expertise from its membership of students at the National University of Rwanda and Kigali Institute of Education.
CONCLUSION
With our staff and partnerships we are able to have much expertise in all environmental conservation activities, more especially, soil conservation, forestry and environmental education, and many other sectors.
